Zucchini Squash Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
8 oz. Herb Seasoned Dressing Mix
1/2 cup melted butter poured over mix
Slice 4-6 cups squash and 1/4 cup sliced onion
Cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes
Drain squash and onion.
Add cup grated carrots, can of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream.
1/2 dressing on bottom, squash in middle and rest of dressing on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
